Ilkley Triathlon Familiarisation session, with LBT coaches

Your opportunity to:

  • Go through what you need to do at the venue on the day, from registration to the pool and transition
  • Recce the cycle/run route on your bike
  • Receive coaching for transitions and top tips to make your race go smoothly.
  • Ask questions about your training for the event

Instruksjoner

Please bring your cycling and running gear, ideally the items that you intend to use on race day. It is essential that you bring a road-worthy bike and your cycling helmet, no helmet = no ride.

If under 18, you must have a parent or guardian attending.

We won't be using the pool or lido but you are welcome arrange your own swim before or after this session.
