Best suited to babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months, Baby Massage is a lovely gentle way to bond with your baby. There are loads of benefits, from soothing aches, to promoting healthy skin growth, and the development of social and emotional communication skills. We don't make promises but it can also help with sleep and digestion.
This is a four week course. Each session includes the massage itself, time to connect with other parents, and some sensory play.
Refreshments are included.
Coconut oil is provided, but if you would rather use your own oil or cream that is absolutely fine.
No need to bring anything special, just what you would normally need for your baby.
If your baby is unwell please do not attend the session. It is also best to avoid massage in the 24hrs after having immunisations, however this is up to you.
