Kick things off with an energising outdoor lake swim, led by an experienced cold-water swimmer and qualified lifeguard, perfect whether you’re a year-round dipper or ready to push your limits. With hot drinks & seasonal treats around the fire pit.
Afterwards, bask in the soothing heat of the sauna, then take your recovery to the next level with an invigorating cold plunge, the contrast therapy your body will thank you for.
We’ll finish with a restorative yoga practice to rest those tired muscles, calm the nervous system, and leave you floating home in pure post-swim bliss.
I will provide a mat and a blanket.
Please bring any other props for your restorative practice as well as anything you may want for the swim such as wet suit, neoprene swim shoes/gloves.
