This is a gentle yoga session on the beach with stunning views across Kenmare Bay.
Calm your mind and ease out your body by connecting with your breath - surrounded by the best natural surroundings South Kerry has to offer.
All are welcome and no yoga experience is necessary - you don't even need a yoga mat!
** Unfortunately we have no covered space if it rains. When showers are forecast, the class WILL go ahead. Please dress accordingly! It’s beautifully peaceful and atmostpheric on the cloudy days. When heavy rain is forecast, I will cancel and offer either a refund or another class.
If you wish to swim afterwards, this is a lifeguarded blue flag beach and it can be a wonderful way to finish your morning. There is also a sauna run by Kingdom Sauna. Please note, there are no changing facilities but there are small public toilets near the carpark.
Please bring a yoga mat or a large towel for the class. If you would like one of my spares, reply to your booking email to request one.
In the event we have some soft Kerry rain, we WILL go ahead. It'll be fabulous I promise ;) Please wear suitable clothing to keep you warm & protected.

The turning for the car park is on the left, past Derrynane House but before the harbour. You'll see a sign for parking and a tiny little road that winds down for 50 yards or so to the car park.
Kingdom Sauna run a sauna that you'll see on your right as you drive down and you'll see the yellow lifeguard hut up on the ridge. There's a small path over a bridge and over the ridge to come onto the beach. We usually find a nice space for the class to the right.
