An aerial beginners course aimed at adults and those 14+. This course is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who have attended previous beginners courses or are returning from a long break. This course will cover aerial silks, hammock and aerial hoop as well as conditioning both in the air and on the ground, in a fun and safe environment working with a highly experienced and qualified teacher.
Nivå: Beginner
Sessions on the 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th September will be on the stage, others in the top studio- 6th, 13th, 20th October at Blackfriars Theatre, Boston. Enter through the main theatre door into the box office reception and through the door to the right to the auditorium when we're on the stage and up the spiral stairs on the left by the review bar when we're in the top studio.
