This 5-week beginners yoga course is designed to gently guide you into the foundations of yoga in a safe, supportive and nurturing environment. Whether you are completely new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply wishing to reconnect with the basics, this course offers the perfect space to build confidence and understanding at your own pace.
Led by Kim, an experienced instructor with over 20 years in the fitness and wellness industry, you will benefit from expert guidance rooted in a deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Each session will focus on developing strength, flexibility, balance and breath awareness, while helping you feel more at ease in your body and mind.
Classes take place in a beautiful brand-new boutique studio, nestled within tranquil gardens at the picturesque and peaceful Grimston Grange — the perfect setting to unwind, reset and reconnect.
Come as you are, and begin your yoga journey with care, clarity and confidence.
All equipment is provided. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
Classes are practiced barefoot, so we kindly ask that shoes are removed upon entering the studio.
To help maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment, please ensure mobile phones are switched off or set to silent and kept in your bags during the session.
Please inform us in advance of any injuries, health conditions, or illnesses. It is also important to let us know if you are pregnant or have recently given birth so we can support you safely during your practice.
