A six-week somatic movement course, part of The Soma Room - Montrose, delivered in the tradition of Thomas Hanna's Clinical Somatic Education. Gentle, floor-based movement work to reduce everyday tension, stiffness, and restricted movement - paced across six weekly sessions rather than a single intensive weekend, so each new pattern has time to settle before the next one arrives.
Led by Ewan Smith (MBA, CCSE, ESMT), founder of The Soma Room - Montrose.
What to expect: six sessions, 2.5 hours each, one morning a week. All levels welcome - no prior somatic or movement experience required.
Venue: Harmony Hall, Wellness Dundee, 27 Reform St, Dundee DD1 1SG. Please note the hall is accessed by stairs only - get in touch before booking if this affects you.
Price: £180 for the full six-week series.

A yoga mat or similar
Comfortable, loose clothing you can move freely in
A blanket or light layer for the floor-based relaxation portions
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time to settle in. Harmony Hall is accessed by stairs only - if this is a barrier for you, please contact us before booking so we can discuss options.
No prior experience with somatic movement is needed. Sessions are gentle and self-paced; you're always welcome to rest or modify at any point.
