Restore Your Core® is a comprehensive, whole-body exercise programme designed to help anyone with core issues.
These can include, but are not limited to:

  • diastasis recti (mummy tummy);
  • pelvic floor dysfunction, including incontinence or prolapse;
  • post-natal issues;
  • pelvic pain
  • back pain
  • painful sex
  • struggling to run, cough or sneeze without leaks

Combining in-depth theory, yoga and Pilates-influenced exercises and specific breath work, Restore Your Core® aims to help you regain strength, restore function and move with a new level of awareness, so your core and pelvic floor can be responsive and functional.

You’ll learn what unhelpful movement and postural patterns are contributing to your symptoms, and how to reset them. With a new level of whole-body awareness, you will be able to safely and slowly return to the activities you love, whether running after your children, or running a marathon.

During the course we will work through a series of progressive exercises and flowing sequences to improve whole-body strength, mobility and function.

The live course includes:

  • a 3-day recording of the live class, in case you want to recap or review any of the exercises;
  • weekly homework videos to work through in your own time, and long after the course has ended;
  • information to educate, empower and help you reconnect to your body;
  • a supportive WhatsApp group where you can ask questions or share observations with fellow course participants, and with me;
  • one free place in the weekly Core & More ‘next stage’ class.

I'm looking forward to seeing you for our Restore Your Core® 5-week course.

Please ensure you are wearing something comfortable that enables me to see your movement clearly - leggings and a vest or bra top are ideal.

If you are joining me at Move Well Studio, you don't need to bring anything with you, all equipment is provided.

If you are joining us via Zoom please ensure you are in a well-lit space where you won't be disturbed, you have a stable wi-fi connection and are able to adjust your screen so I can see your whole body. Please also ensure you have the following equipment available:

  • a yoga mat;
  • a folded blanket;
  • a yoga block (a small step or box will also work);
  • a soft strap such as a yoga strap, dressing gown belt or scarf;
  • a yoga bolster OR 2 thick pillows that can be rolled up.
