As we enter into a new year it’s a great time for reflections on the year gone by and an opportunity to set intentions for the new year ahead.
This event will give you the chance to meditate, breathe, journal and bathe in the healing sounds of a sound bath.
Ticket price includes a cacao ritual to help you energise, focus and release.
