This session is about the core following techniques that make dancing smoother, easier and more enjoyable.

• How to reduce tension and improve posture

• How to move with smoother flow and fluidity

• How to improve your frame sensitivity to become a faster, lighter and more responsive follower

• Drills to develop strong, precise footwork (great technique starts with the feet!)
