This will be a very magical workshop, celebrating love towards yourself. Love shouldn't be just looked as a love for someone else but we should always start with ourselves. Acceptance of who we are and how we treat ourselves is big step forward.
Therefore, I wanted to create a lovely workshop which is going to be very restorative and will focus on self-love and connection with yourself. We will then be able to create our own earrings or bracelet which will be guided by wonderful Mandy from Born Again Bohemia. Mandy is so wonderful and so creative and everything is done sustainably and I can't wait for her to guide us through it.
9.30am - Arrival
9.35am - 11am - Essential Oils, Oracle Cards, Breathwork, Yoga Nidra & Mini Crystal Bowl Sound Healing
11am - 12.40pm - Creation of your own wonderful earrings or bracelet (if you don't wear earrings)
Teas and treats will be provided.

Please arrive in comfortable clothes and bring your own yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, and any yoga props which you may find useful in your yoga practice. As it will be restorative yoga nidra, you may not need as many props.
