Your Ticket includes one hours with the animals, as well as 45 minutes of free play. Depending on which ticket you choose, the free play may be before or after the interaction.

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your session.
Pushchairs can be left in the foyer as space in the play area is limited.
Socks must be worn in the play area at all times.
We will only be serving hot and cold drinks during this event, no food will be served.
We kindly ask that you do not bring your own food or drink .
