A fun and nurturing four week emotional wellbeing programme for children from Preschool to Primary 2. Through autumn inspired creative activities, movement, games, mindfulness and relaxation, children will explore their feelings, build confidence and discover simple calming tools in a warm, supportive environment.
Please note there is no class on 31st October.

Comfortable clothing is recommended, and children are welcome to bring a bottle of water.
