Take back control of your life by learning
how to become more mindful. Explore the connection between mind, body and breath. These science backed techniques are based on the Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy for stress reduction. We challenge habits, behaviours and patterns that keep us stuck in old habitual ways of thinking and gently start to make small postive changes by bringing mindful awareness into our every day life.
