Rachael is a trainee Pilates teacher and this class forms part of her training.

This 30 minute class is suitable for beginners and those who wish to work on the fundamental Pilates exercises. Simple doesn't mean it's easy.

These classes are restricted to four participants to allow individual attention and exercise options.

Mats and all props are provided. Please wear comfortable exercise clothes and socks.
