🎶 WHAT TO BRING
Please come prepared with the following so you can settle in and rest with ease:

• Mat or camping mat to lie on
• Blanket or sleeping bag
• Cushion
• Eye mask
• Water bottle

I encourage you to wear warm, comfortable clothes — the kind you could happily fall asleep in.

🥶 A NOTE FOR WINTER GUESTS
The studio floor can feel quite cold, so please do bring extra layers and anything else that helps you feel cosy and snug.

Please take a moment to note the following:

• This booking is non-refundable.
• Bookings are non-transferable.

As a one-woman business, rescheduling and renegotiating takes a significant amount of my time and energy. I'm grateful for your understanding — it really does mean a lot and helps me keep showing up fully for everyone.
