WOMEN'S MOON CIRCLE

We gather under the Balsamic Moon, the quiet, liminal phase just before the New Moon. This is a threshold moment — a time of soft endings, deep listening, and allowing things to gently dissolve so space can be made for what’s next.

This moon doesn’t ask us to push forward or have answers. Instead, it invites us to slow down, tend to the nervous system, and be with what is present in the body and heart. It’s a time for rest, emotional honesty, and compassionate witnessing.

Our circle is an invitation to arrive fully and soften into this pause between cycles. Together we’ll ground, share, reflect through journaling, and work with the voice as a way of releasing held tension and restoring inner resonance. We’ll close by naming small, caring actions that can support us as we cross into the New Moon.
