Thinking Property Seminar - Christchurch 18 September

We would like to invite you to Thinking Property – an educational session, hosted and facilitated by the PLS Executive Committee. The 60 minute fast-paced session takes place during lunchtime, on the day of the Executive Committee meeting, and covers a wide range of topics. Discussion and feedback during the session is encouraged.

This is an opportunity for you to meet with your colleagues from other local firms, meet your representatives on the Executive Committee and receive CPD-compatible learning and guidance about a frequently changing range of topical issues facing property practitioners.

Current regulatory items and user tips on new Landonline dealings for property law professionals (with special guest from Toitū Te Whenua LINZ: Senior Solicitor, Andrea Watson)

• How to get the best out of new dealings in Landonline
• How we continue to value the input of stakeholders and the user community into our work to ensure it meets the needs of practitioners.

Real Estate Authority – insights, updates and trends relevant to property lawyers, from the real estate agents’ regulatory body (with special guest from REA: General Counsel, Andrew Tringham).
