At Redz Player Development Academy, we provide a safe, professional, and supportive environment where your child can grow in confidence, ability, and love for the game.

Our high-energy, structured, and physically challenging sessions are delivered by Glenn, our Head Coach. Glenn is a UEFA B-licensed coach, FA Level 2 in Talent Identification, with over 15 years of experience in academy football. He has worked within professional clubs including Peterborough United FC, Nottingham Forest FC, and Leicester City FC, bringing elite-level standards into every session.

We pride ourselves on offering an individualised training experience, allowing your son or daughter quality one-to-one time with an experienced professional coach. This means sessions are tailored specifically to your child’s age, ability, needs, and goals.

Each session is carefully planned to develop your child across all areas of the game:

Technical skills (ball mastery, passing, finishing)

Game understanding (decision-making and positioning)

Physical development (speed, coordination, agility)

Psychological growth (confidence, resilience, mindset)
