Whether you prefer a shorter 5 km jog or want to challenge yourself with a 10 km double circuit, there’s an option for every fitness level. Led by experienced runners from across the NHS community, the run welcomes all.
The run will be led by experienced runners from across the NHS community. You can choose to do a 5km run or a double circuit of 10km. The run will start at 7.30am with the meeting point at the main entrance to the NEC, halls 1-5.
