To help you feel comfortable and fully present throughout the day, we suggest bringing:

🧥 Warm, comfortable clothing – layers are best for both indoor and outdoor activities
🧦 Cozy socks or slippers – to keep your feet warm during indoor sessions
🧣 A blanket or shawl – for extra comfort during the sound bath or meditation
🫖 A reusable water bottle and mug – to enjoy refreshments sustainably
✍️ A journal and pen – for reflections, insights, and intention setting
💫 An open heart and mind – ready to release, renew, and receive
