Immersive Sound Journey - Releasing what no longer serves you

Let Go - Releasing What no longer serves you

Join us for a deeply immersive sound journey designed to help you gently release stress, worry and emotional heavyness and relax and restore balance.

We will be using a carefully curated collection of therapeutic instruments with a particular focus on Gongs to aid release and bring you back to presence, calm and relaxation. For this sound journey we will also be introducing Holotropic breathwork at the start to begin your journey in release and self discovery and healing.

Followed by herbal tea and space afterwards for quiet integration
