Love to Dance is a dance class for over 50s. We aim to increase physical activity, reduce social isolation and improve the health and wellbeing of over 50’s in our local community. You will learn a variety of dance styles across the year.

Class schedule
10:00am - 10:10am - Arrival and registration
10:10am - 10:25am - Warm up
10:25am - 11:00am - Learn a dance routine
11:00am - 11:20am - Break
11:20am - 11:45am - Learn a dance routine
11:45am - 11:55am - Cool down
11:55am - 12:00pm - Departure
Instruksjoner
You will need to wear:
- Comfortable/fitness clothing
- Trainers/dance footwear/comfortable footwear (no sandals/flipflops)
Parking: There is lots of parking right outside of the stadium in the car park.
