Slow flow vinyasa style yoga. Suitable for all levels with options available for progression. Inclusive classes where all ages, abilities and backgrounds are welcomed.
Basic mats are available to use but you can bring your own if you prefer. Wear layers as your body temperature can change during the different stages of the class. Bring a bottle of water to keep you hydrated. You may bring a blanket if you like to get cosy during the relaxation period.
A health, waiver form must be completed before you attend so that any individual needs can be addressed, the link to the form will be included in your booking confirmation.
