This is a fun, yoga class for children aged 5-11. This is not yoga in the traditional sense. This is Yoga done the Serenity Kids way. This is a sociable and interactive class. We use games, dance, stories, group and partner work to teach the elements of yoga in a fun way, using a different theme each week. Come and give it try.
Just bring yourself and a bottle of water. Mats and other resources will be provided.
