Give someone the gift of sailing by buying them a voucher for an introductory session. Over 3 hrs our expert instructors will introduce them to the world out on the water.
Our taster sessions are designed for everyone, even those with no experience in sailing. These sessions will have a maximum of three participants and will be taught by an experienced RYA qualified instructor who will be in the boat with you throughout.
During the session our instructors will introduce:
How to rig and launch a sailing boat.
How to steer a boat around a simple course.
How a sail works and how it is controlled.
How to steer and turn the boat through the wind (tacking).
We provide everything you need to get afloat, including the use of a boat, a buoyancy aid and a wetsuit.
