A welcoming, Hatha-inspired yoga class for anyone who wants to understand what they’re doing, why they’re doing it and how it should feel. Expect slow, controlled movement with a focus on connecting breath and movement, building body awareness and finding a little more space to unwind.
You’ll be guided through common yoga postures and simple sequences, with plenty of explanation and options to suit your individual ability. There’s no need to be flexible or experienced — just come as you are. Each class finishes with a period of relaxation, leaving you feeling calmer, more connected to your body and ready to take on the rest of your week.
