Celebrate the change of seasons and the Spring Equinox with this extended yoga class.
We come together around a collection of candles and flowers to celebrate new beginnings.
Our class will consist of pranayama (breathing techniques), an asana (physical) practice and end with a meditation and relaxation.
Please bring a yoga mat with you to class. Yoga equipment such as blocks and belts are available to borrow should you not have your own. Alternatively if you would like to buy your own please ask the teacher.
Wear comfortable, loose fitting or exercise clothing
Please try to eat at least two hours before the class
Bring warm clothes (socks, jumper) for the class. Some student also choose to bring a blanket to use during relaxation.
Yoga is practiced with bare feet for safety and practical reasons
