Join Karolina for a cosy fireside workshop
Take a little time for yourself before the Christmas rush.
Join us in the warmth of the SouLand yurt for two nourishing hours of slowing down, switching off and simply being. With the fire crackling, blankets at the ready and space to breathe, this is your invitation to step away from the endless to-do lists and give yourself a proper pause.
We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to settle the body and quieten the mind, before moving into a deeply restful Yin Yoga practice. We’ll then ease into Yoga Nidra and soothing sound relaxation, giving you time to fully unwind and leave feeling rested and refreshed.
No rushing, no expectations, just a warm space to land, reconnect and enjoy a little stillness before the festive season begins.
What to expect:
Come as you are. Bring yourself, and we’ll take care of the cosy bits.
A little winter breathing space, just for you.
