Get cosy in a hammock as Sarah shares a beautiful story, while Paul gently weaves in soothing frequencies, bringing the story alive in your mind and body. The sounds of nature surround us.
The story slowly melts into a soft, nurturing sound bath, allowing you to drift, dream, and open yourself to a new chapter.
Afterwards there will be a hot drink and a sweet treat ☕️🫖🧁🍪

Please arrive 15 minutes before the event.
Sound baths are not recommended for those who are fitted with a pacemaker or in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
Please wear comfy clothing (or pj's!)
⚠️Parking.
Please park in the Glenkinchie Distillery carpark and walk up the hill, 5 min walk, last lane on left (signed 'Sound Bath').
I have 3 priority parking spaces outside the cottage for those who would find it difficult to walk up the hill from the distillery.
