Step into a deeply restorative 60-minute journey of sound, stillness, and connection.
This experience begins with a gentle guided meditation and a spritz of my own handmade Aura Spray, created with organic essential oils to cleanse and ground your energy. You’ll then be bathed in healing vibrations from crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drum, percussion instruments, and the soothing sound of my voice, inviting deep relaxation and calmness into your body and mind.
The evening also includes:
✨ A distant Reiki blessing sent to the whole group the night before.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and deeply nourished.
What to bring: hot water bottle, or anything that brings you comfort. Please wear comfortable clothing.
Location: House of Healing Studio, Attleborough
Duration: 60 minutes
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time so you can settle in.
• Wear comfortable, cosy clothing (layers are recommended).
• Mats, blankets, and pillows are provided, but feel free to bring your own favourite blanket, cushion, or hot water bottle for extra comfort.
• Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
• Avoid eating a heavy meal just before the session.
• Please turn off or silence your phone before the session begins.
• This is a safe and nurturing space — come with an open heart and mind.
⚠️ Contraindications for Sound Healing
Sound journeys are generally safe and deeply relaxing, but they may not be suitable if you:
• Have a pacemaker or other implanted medical devices
• Experience sound-induced epilepsy or seizures
• Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
• Have severe or acute mental health conditions where sound may be destabilising
