Detaljer

As the world speeds up, how do you slow down?

How do you connect to your body in an increasingly digital world?

In a culture that rewards go go go, how can you intentionally move towards a slower pace with presence rather than resignation?

Life throws all sorts of stuff our way. The ability to find solid ground gives you the capacity to meet it as it comes, without getting swamped or overwhelmed. To stay centred in the midst of it all.

Join Mina for a soft, steady workshop exploring ways to move towards slowness and stability – even if you’ve found it challenging in the past.

What we’ll be doing:

  • Finding our feet on solid ground
  • Beginning to cultivate a relationship with stability in ways that will support your daily life.
  • Intentionally slowing down to begin to build trust, and develop a deeper, more reciprocal relationship to your body
  • Beginning to re-align to the pulse of life itself

You'll leave feeling more centred and stable in yourself, as well being equipped with tools you can use in your everyday life.

This is the first in a series of workshops supporting ‘How to Listen to your Body’ – a 6 week course starting in January 2026 at Studio Dreamland.
