Let's abuse some chairs! In this beginner friendly class you will learn a sensual choreography using a variety of poses and transitions on and around a chair. Chair is a lovely apparatus that offers a lot of support and allows you to create movement that not only looks amazing but also does not require being a strength and/or flexibility champion.

All levels welcome.
The chairs will be provided.

Instruksjoner

For maximum enjoyment:

  • wear comfortable clothes that won't restrict your movement (you can wear whatever makes you feel empowered)
  • wear kneepads if you have them
  • no shoes needed, you can dance barefoot or in socks
  • bring a bottle of water
