Four nights in the Lake District, created for women to move, rest, reconnect and enjoy being away.
Return to She will take place at Yewfield from 20-24th September 2027, surrounded by 80 acres of beautiful grounds.
Across our time together there will be Qigong, embodied yoga and Yin, Yoga Nidra, sound immersion, cacao, ceremony, sacred anointing and time in nature, including a special Autumn Equinox ceremony.
All sessions are optional. This is your retreat too, so there will be space to rest, walk, read or simply enjoy where we are.

Arrival is from 3pm on Monday 20 September and departure is by 11am on Friday 24 September.
Full arrival information, what to bring, the retreat schedule and everything you need for your stay will be sent nearer the time.
All sessions during the retreat are optional, so you are free to join as much or as little as you wish.
