Super informal new parents group, most suited to those with little ones 0-6m but everybody welcome!
An opportunity to meet other new parents, relax and chat, but without the pressure to do anything, our new parents group is time for you (babies come along).
Becoming a parent can be super daunting and then meeting people at classes can be awkward and feel a bit rushed. At our new parents group we'll serve hot drinks and then get comfy for a bit, to chat about anything and everything. Some days you might feel like it's all too much, and other days you might feel like you just want to get a bit of yourself back. We're here for all of that - for speaking the realness and supporting each other, but also for the giggles and getting to know each other.
Run by Lizzie Edwards, qualified postnatal doula and yoga teacher and cofounder of the Cloud Space.
