This intermediate-level workshop focuses on learning, refining, and performing a hip hop routine during the session.
Designed for more experienced dancers, working at a quicker pace, with more intricate detail, musicality, and dynamic changes throughout. We’ll break the routine down clearly, then build it back up, giving you time to practice, sharpen, and really settle into the movement.
Along the way, we’ll focus on performance quality, texture, and confidence, helping you move with intention and bring your own style into the choreography. Expect a challenge, a great energy in the room, and moving at a more challenging pace.
About Sophie:
Sophie is a professional dancer actively working in the commercial industry. Some current credits include: touring in the UK and internationally as part of the cast of ‘MICHAEL: Starring Ben’; featuring in campaigns for brands such as Cineworld and Royal Mail; and working with UMA GLOBAL for various underground artists. Sophie has extensive training in hip hop and has years of experience in teaching, choreographing and judging within this style.

To DSL: Route 42 – Direction ‘Fearnville’ Stop Number 450 10293 (This bus stop is located across the road from the Mill complex on Lincoln Green Road).
To City Centre: Route 42 – Direction ‘Old Farnley’ Stop Number 450 10292 (This is located a few mins walk along Lincoln Green Road).
