Join me for an immersive Soundbath Meditation experience. I will guide you through a grounding welcoming meditation followed by a 40 minute soundbath, featuring crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and other healing instruments.
This event offers a unique opportunity for you to relax, recharge and connect into your bodies natural healing abilities.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time to ground yourself and fully embrace the soundbath journey.

To help you feel as comfortable as possible during the session, please bring:
A yoga mat
A blanket
A pillow or cushion
Water
Anything else that helps you feel cozy and supported
👉 If you don't have access to a yoga mat, I have a limited number of spare mats available. Please let me know in advance if you require one.
