Why join a class?

There’s something special about moving together.

Researchers have a name for it: collective effervescence – the uplifting feeling of shared energy, connection and belonging that comes from moving, breathing and experiencing something as a group.

It’s one of the reasons so many people tell us they leave class feeling calmer, lighter and more positive than when they arrived. Yes, the movement helps, but so does the encouragement, the smiles, the shared laughter and simply knowing you’re not doing it alone.

Whether you join us for yoga, one of our Wellness Express sessions, meditation, a sound bath or a special wellness event, you’re becoming part of a welcoming community that supports your wellbeing from the inside out.
