Floating Soundbath Skegness

Join us for the March floating soundbath at Magna Vitae Skegness.
A double mattress carries you gently on the water as the sounds bathe the body through the air.
Creating deep relaxation, rest and calm.
You do not get in the pool or get wet except for the feet when climbing on and off the beds. Don’t worry this is all demonstrated for you.

Please note that soundbaths are not suitable for those with the following medical conditions;
deep vein thrombosis in the leg or known thrombi.
open wounds.
acute inflammations and tumours.
pacemaker or defibrillator.
Any metallic implant.
post surgery before the sutures have been removed and the scar is not fully healed and closed.
carotid atherosclerosis.
carotid stenosis (prior to application in the area of the carotid artery/larynx)
cardiac pacemakers, artificial heart valves, or cardiac arrhythmias
a stent
a shunt
deep brain stimulation device (DBS)
epilepsy
Pregnant
Screws in the body or artificial joints
inflamed joints and veins
Whiplash
Mental health conditions other than generalised anxiety or depression
