Join us for our very first event in Saxby, Lincoln for a blissful hour of meditation and soundbath.
Everything is provided and no experience necessary. You’ll also get a hot drink afterwards too.
This evening you’ll be gently guided into a meditation and then into a soundbath where crystal bowls, gongs and chimes will transport you into deep relaxation.
Please wear comfy clothes. Please note this is a floor based event - we provide mats, blankets and pillows but please feel free to bring your own.
We provide a hot drink but please advise me of any allergies.
Please pay careful attention to any medical conditions and let me know of any heart problems, cancer diagnosis or treatment, any metal screws in the body, epilepsy, recent head injury, trauma or surgery as this will affect if you can take part. Please note it is unsuitable for pregnant ladies also.
