Detaljer

he Pythian Club Bike Project is a community initiative that supports children and young people by providing access to bicycles, safety equipment, and structured cycling activities. The project encourages positive physical activity, improves health and wellbeing, and helps young people build confidence, independence, and practical life skills.

Through supervised sessions, participants take part in guided bike rides, road safety awareness, and basic bike maintenance, ensuring they can ride safely and responsibly within their community. The project also offers a positive alternative to anti-social behaviour by engaging young people in regular, purposeful activity and strengthening relationships between young people, youth workers, and the wider community.

Overall, the project aims to promote healthy lifestyles, increase mobility, and create safer, more connected communities while supporting the Pythian Club’s wider work in youth engagement and social change.
