You are welcome to join us in this circle of connection.
Through our time together you are invited to experience: Total Yoga Nidra, a practice of rest and profound nourishment to welcome us home to ourselves; and intuitive movement that centre around deep listening to your own body, honouring your source power, yoni shakti, through flowing gentle yoga asana and Rhythms of Lifefreedom dance. We will also explore together meditation through creation, making art that reflects our inner landscape; as well as sharing in Kirtan, the song of the soul, music as medicine.
All practices are an invitation for you to dive into a meditative state of communion with your own heart, the hearth of your being. Kindling the heart fire of your relationship to yourself in each moment.
We will provide a simple vegan gluten-free lunch for us to eat together.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, cushion, things to make yourself a cosy nest. Depending on the weather, some of our practice will outside in nature, please bring warm clothes. Even though energetically connected, we will observe physical social-distancing in our time together, space is limited to a small group.
Investment : £75 or £60 depending on what you can afford (including food)
We will begin at 10.30 and plan to break for lunch around 12.30 for one hour. We will take another break at 4.30pm, with the option of going for a wild swim in the lake. We will then welcome additional evening guests to share all together in the practice of Kirtan at 5pm. The Kirtan practice is included as part of your retreat day - you do not need to book that event separately unless you are attending from 5pm only.
