A Sound Bath uses soothing vibrations from crystal and singing bowls, chimes and therapeutic instruments to help calm the mind, reduce stress and restore inner balance.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before to allow you time to find a spot, get settled, and be ready for an evening of relaxation
Please bring anything that will make you feel comfortable on the evening. Mats, Blankets, Pillows. Please wear comfortable clothing and any item to make you feel nice and cosy
Mats are available at The Hub along with spare blankets
