Each meditation experience is co-created with my Spirit Guides and intuitively guided, making every session unique.
In the sessions I weave in cleansing rituals, intention setting, essential oils, a guided visualisation, and soulful meditative journeys to help you reconnect, restore and explore beyond the physical realm.
