Children will enjoy Christmas themed yoga, fun games, relaxation and mindfulness exercises, crafts, and a cosy relaxation story to end. A small snack is included ✨

This is a drop-off session only, allowing children to participate independently and get the full benefit of the calm, focus, and relaxation activities without distraction. Thank you for understanding. 💫
Comfortable clothing, you are welcome to wear a festive t-shirt or jumper if you wish and please bring water.

Please note there is a very small car park outside the parish hall with limited parking, but it should be fine for drop offs and pick ups, otherwise there is plenty of on street parking and nearby carparks. The car park to the left beside St.Patricks Church is £3 this is not free!
