Join Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure for Mental Health Awareness Week.
For beginners* (and even those who've been going a while!), gym inductions can provide a long list of benefits. They can settle nerves, reduce anxiety around the space and equipment and meeting personal trainers can be very beneficial.
So come along to Mayfield Leisure Centre for a site induction with a personal trainer who can provide technique work and support on how to appropriately use and adjust equipment and machines.
*You do not need to have a Vision gym membership to attend this session.

Please wear appropriate footwear (trainers, exercise shoes), comfortable clothing to exercise in and bring water to keep hydrated.
You can attend the session anytime between 9am-12pm. The induction may take up to 20 minutes.
