Join QUEEN of Technique, Beky Humphreys, for this open-level Heels Technique Masterclass. A chance to take a mental break from focusing on just picking up a routine. And instead hone in on "right, HOW do I move my best in heels?". So next time you put your heels on, those strong foundations are living and breathing in your body, ready to come out!

• Workshop Structure - After a chunky warm up to fire up the ankles, legs and core, you'll spend the main chunk of the Masterclass looking at the nitty gritty core principles of Heels - how to stand, how to walk (sounds simple - you wait...). You'll cover the foundational movements. You'll look at posture and balance, and how that leads into turns and other steps. And you'll spend time working on different Floorwork skills.

You'll then get a chance to put all of this into practise in one of Beky's iconic Heels routines. At this stage you'll also start looking at performance skills, on top of technique and choreo.

A jam-packed 2hrs (with options for dancers of ALL levels), to help cement and grow your understanding AND confidence dancing in heels.

-You can cancel your ticket up to 48hrs before the workshop and you will be refunded but we will charge 50p per cancelled ticket.
