A four week course which covers the following:
Week 1 - Understanding ADHD (what it is, commonly co-occurring conditions & dispelling myths)
Week 2 - Behaviour as communication and de-escalation strategies
Week 3 - Behaviour management, ADHD medication and support in school
Week 4 - Financial support, self-care strategies and building support networks
The course will run weekly in a morning from Monday 7th September to Monday 28th September. It is recommended that attendees are available to attend all sessions.
Refunds can only be given if Stripes cancels the course.

Please arrive for 5:45pm to check in; the course will start promptly at 6pm as there is a lot to cover. We aim to finish the course content by 8:30pm.
Notebooks and pens will be provided.
If you need to cancel your place, you MUST do this through the Book When system as this automatically notifies the next person on the waiting list that there is a place available. Please do not attempt to cancel your place via phone, text or email as this may not give us time to offer the place to someone else.

The room that we are using for this course is on the second floor and access is via steps only. If you have mobility issues, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your needs at another venue on a different date.
