A 60 minute slower paced vinyasa inspired yoga class, offering you space to take a step back from the hundred mile an hour pace of everyday life and come back to yourself.
We will explore asana, pranayama and rest - through a flowing sequence into a softer restful practice and some stillness. Curated with music + scents to make your feel like your body just took a big sigh, the best. A lot of students always recognise they have arrived by the scent and the body remembers this.
All equipment is provided for your arrive and settle into practice.
This class is suitable for all levels and ideal for anyone looking for a slower-paced practice while still enjoying a flow style class with the added bonus of rest.
Spaces are limited, class sizes are small with a maximum of 10 people.
Class starts at 6pm, please try to arrive 5 minutes before to allow time to get settled.
All equipment, mats and props (if required) are provided, although you are welcome to bring your own.
Please wear clothing that is easy and comfortable to move it, which also enables me to see how your body is moving.
It would be advisable not to eat in the hour prior to class. Please come well hydrated and bring water.
Classes are non-refundable. If you can not attend a session for any reason please do let me know.

The new Suite Studio is where the Hair Spa used to be in Bolton-Le-Sands, a few doors down on the opposite side of the road from RL Fitness Suite. Parking is on street only.
