An immersive 5 night yoga retreat in the beautiful hills of the Algarve 🌄
The retreat will include:
🏡 5 nights accommodation at Quinta Estrela Montes (translated as Farm of the Starry Mountians 🌌) - a beautiful villa in a secluded location, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. It has a private pool and spacious terraces. The villa is a short drive from Faro Airport and to beautiful local beaches.
🥑 All food and drinks prepared by our gorgeous & welcoming host Tracy, including:

🍉 Healthy snacks freely available
🧋 All drinks soft drinks + tea/coffee
🧘 All Yoga Sessions -minimum of 3 hours of practice daily, split into either 2 or 3 sessions including:
🤸♀️ Energising Ashtanga Style morning
practice with breath-work every day
🦶 Mysore-style Practice Clinics to address any specific areas in your body and your own practice.
🙏 Restorative practices, yoga nidra,
meditation, simple mantra chanting & yoga philosophy.
✨️ Reiki and mirco massages will be infused into many of the sessions.
🌵 Plenty of free time to rest, recharge, read, sunbathe, walk or explore the surrounding area (see activity options below).
Not included in the price of the Retreat:
🛫 Flights
🚕 Transfers, but these can be arranged at very competitive rates (normally €10 per person)
👐 Personal Holistic treatments by Caroline are available at an additional fee. Choose from massage, reiki, holistic physiotherapy, personalised breath therapy. Treatments are 30 min - €30, 45min - €45, 60min €60.
🏄♂️ Activities and excursions which can be arranged by our lovely host, Tracy. Activities available include SUP/surfing lessons, horse-riding, wine-tasting, boat trips, cookery classes, as well as leisurely trips to beautiful local beaches and historic markets.
Cost of the 5 night retreat:

Deposit of £195 required to secure your space. Remaining balance (£700) to be made no later than 6 weeks prior to the retreat.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person in the event of a cancellation.

All equipment including Yoga mats are available to borrow at Quinta Estrella Montes, so all you need to bring is what you need for a week in the sun! ☀️
It is recommended that you book your own flights as soon as possible after booking the retreat ✈️
